GCSE Photography Exam 2023:
There are three themes for the 2020 GCSE Photography exam project (Unit 2):
1. Inside / Outside
2. Reflection
3. Change
You will choose one of these titles to create a unique exam project .You will have a period of 8-10 weeks (plus the Spring half term and Easter holiday) to develop your ideas through preparatory studies before spending two days in the studio realising your final outcome as part of the 10 hour, controlled assessment. You should aim to be ambitious in your final outcome and presentation.
Your photography teachers will set class and home work tasks that will enable you to have the best start possible for your exam project. Make sure everything is documented clearly on your weebly.

The Set Project
The department has created a set project for the theme ‘Shapes in domestic objects’ that you can choose to do. We have planned the entire project from start to finish. Choosing this removes the independent planning element which some of you may prefer. Students who have found it difficult to meet deadlines or standards in previous projects will have to do the department set project. This project will help you to achieve marks across all assessment objectives. Follow link to the page
